- Can you handle a kitchen, bathroom, and addition in one project?
- Yes. Because we design and build in-house, multiple scopes run on one schedule with one point of contact instead of separate contractors fighting over sequence and access.
- How long does a typical Southern Utah remodel take?
- Most kitchen or bathroom remodels run four to ten weeks once selections are finalized. Additions take longer because of design, engineering, and city permitting in St. George and Washington County.
- Can we live in the house during the remodel?
- Usually yes. We phase the work, protect adjacent finishes, and keep dust containment and daily cleanup tight — that is where the White Glove name comes from.
- Do you help with design and product selections?
- We do. Layouts, cabinetry, tile, counters, plumbing, and lighting are chosen with you before demolition starts, so pricing and schedule hold up.
- Can you remove a wall to open up my kitchen?
- Yes. We determine whether the wall is load-bearing, then engineer and install the proper beam or header so the new layout is safe and code-compliant.
- Do you provide cabinets, countertops, and appliance layouts?
- Yes. Our design-build process covers cabinet selection, quartz or granite countertops, backsplashes, lighting, and appliance placement so everything fits before demolition starts.
- How do you waterproof a bathroom remodel?
- We follow best practices for wet areas — cement board or equivalent backer, liquid or sheet waterproofing, properly sloped shower pans, and sealed tile installations.
- Can you convert a bathtub into a walk-in shower?
- Yes. We frequently convert tubs to custom walk-in showers with glass enclosures, built-in benches, niches, and accessibility options when needed.
- Do you design and build room additions from start to finish?
- Yes. We handle plans, engineering, Washington County permitting, foundation, framing, roofing, stucco matching, and interior finishes as one continuous scope.
- How long does a home addition usually take?
- Most additions take two to four months after permits are issued, depending on size, utility tie-ins, and finish selections. We keep you updated at every phase.
